Who Are the Principals? Pete Peters and Deborah Brown have been in marketing and public relations for decades. They love the “been there, done that” moniker because it's too true. It matters. What also matters is that they have learned the new way (technology, etc.) and overlaid that with the wisdom and common sense that comes with knowing what to do and when. H. B. “Pete” Peters H. B. “Pete” Peters has been in advertising and marketing for the past 40 years. Among other things, he was the Marketing Director for the San Diego Business Journal and was part of the original marketing team that launched the Arizona Lottery.
